外科规培医师职业素养评估量表的设计与信效度初步分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的设计外科规培医师的职业素养评估量表,并对其初步进行信效度研究。方法采用文献学习、专家访谈等方式设计外科规培医师职业素养评估量表。以我院外科基地内接受住院医师规范化培训的医师作为研究对象,开展问卷调查研究,运用统计学方法对其信度和效度指标进行分析研究。结果本研究回收有效问卷272份,有效问卷回收率为90.7%。量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.915,折半可信度的Spearman-Brown系数为0.851,内容效度指数为0.9,KMO值为0.892。因子分析表明,量表由3个主要因子组成,分别是道德品质、人际交往和工作态度,累计方差解释贡献率为85.22%。结论量表具有较高的信度和效度,可用于参加外科规培的住院医师职业素养状况评估。 Objective To design an assessment scale on the professionalism in surgery residents receiving standardized training, and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods An assessment scalewas developed based on literatures review and experts consultation. The questionnaire survey was performed in surgery residents receiving standardized training in our hospital, and reliability and validity were evaluated by statistical analyze. Results 272 effective questionnaires were collected, with 90.7% effective rate. Cronbach's α coefficient, split-half reliability and content validity index were 0.915, 0.851 and 0.9 respectively. KMO test was 0.892. According to factor analysis, three main factors was detected in the scale: moral character, interpersonal communication and work attitude. The explanation rate of total variance reached 85.22%. Conclusion The assessment scale possesses high reliability and validity, and could be used for assessing professionalism in surgery residents receiving standardized training.
