摘要
目的探讨舒适护理干预对老年人工髋关节置换术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取行人工髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者60例,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者在对照组的基础上给予人性化舒适护理干预措施,比较2组患者生活质量。结果干预后,干预组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态等生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化舒适护理干预可显著改善老年人工髋关节置换术后患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing intervention on the postop- erative quality of life in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 ca- ses in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given humanized comfortable nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group. Quality of life was compared between two groups. Results After intervention, scores of the physical function, psychological function, social function and material life condition in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the intervention group, nurs- ing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hu- manized comfortable nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
