摘要
目的探讨护理干预对老年髋关节置换患者术后关节功能的影响。方法选择2011年1月~2012年10月于本院进行髋关节置换的老年患者76例,随机分为研究组38例和对照组38例,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予早期康复护理干预,观察两组患者疼痛情况、术后住院时间及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果研究组住院时间明显短于对照组,术后1周两组视觉模拟评分及关节活动度均较术前明显改善（P〈0.05）;研究组术后3、6、12个月髋关节功能Harris评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期康复护理干预可有效促进老年髋关节置换患者术后关节功能的恢复,对提高患者术后生活质量有重要作用,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on joint function of elderly patients with hip replacement. Methods 76 cases of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty from January 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group（38 patients） and the control group（38 cases）,the control group was given with routine care,the study group was given with early rehabilitation nursing intervention;the pain conditions,postoperative hospital stay and recovery of hip function between the two groups were observed. Results The hospital stay of study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,1 week after treatment,the VAS and motion range of the two groups were all significantly improved（P0.05）;but 3,6,12 months after treatment,hip Harris scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference were all statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote joint function recovery of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty,improve the quality of life,so it is worth promoting.
