摘要
针对办公类建筑模拟分析了围护结构热惰性、间歇模式等因素对房间空气温度和热负荷特性的影响,并根据间歇热负荷变化特点给出间歇采暖热负荷系数,用于简化热负荷计算。研究结果表明:相同热阻条件下,围护结构为重质材料的房间平均热负荷较轻质的减小约5%,对于间歇时长不定的建筑建议选择重质围护结构;间歇时长由11 h增至15 h,每增一小时南向房间平均热负荷增加约1~2 W/m2、北向房间增加约2~3 W/m2;间歇采暖模式北向房间热负荷系数为1.2~1.5,南向房间为1~1.35;采暖周期内建议预热1~2 h,分两个时间段以不同热负荷系数对办公建筑供暖。
The influence of room temperature and heating load characteristics exerted by office building envelopes thermal inertia and intermittent mode were simulated. The intermittent heating load coefficients were calculated according to the characteristics of the intermittent heating load, which could be used to simplify the calculation of heating load. The results show that under the condition of the same heat resistance, the average heating load of rooms' structure of heavy material decreases about 5% compared with the light ones. As a consequence, it is suggested that the heavy building envelopes are chosen for buildings of intermittent heating. When the intermittent duration increases from 11 h to15 h, heating load increases about 1~2 W/m2 by each hour, and the north rooms heating load increases about 2~3 W/m2.By Intermittent heating mode, the heating load coefficient of north rooms is 1.2~1.5, and the south ones is 1~1.35. In the heating period, it is suggested that the warm-up time is 1~2 h, and the different heating load coefficients are taken by 2time periods to the office building heating.
