摘要
随着我国对日外包业务的不断增多,中高端日语人才日益缺乏。在分析我国高校复合型日语人才培养模式的基础上,从课程设置、授课内容、师资队伍建设方面入手,对现有日语专业课程进行创新研究,提出"日语+X"的中高端复合型服务外包人才培养模式,以期培养出高水平的复合型对日服务外包人才,适应市场需求和企业发展。
With the Japanese outsourcing industry growing, Middle and high Japanese talent is increasingly lacking. On the ba- sis of analyzing the talent development of compound Japanese talents in Chinese colleges and universitiesfrom the curriculum, teaching content, teaching staff construction and so on several aspects, this paper innovatively research on the existing Japanese professional courses and put forward the ＂Japanese ＋ X＂ in high composite service outsourcing compound talent training mode, to cultivating the compound of service Japan outsoureing, adapt to market demand and enterprise development.
