摘要
目的探讨舒利迭联合乌灵胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并焦虑的临床应用价值。方法将我院于2013年1月至2015年7月期间救治的166例COPD合并抑郁患者随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组予以舒利迭治疗,研究组予以舒利迭联合乌灵胶囊治疗。治疗完毕后,对比两组患者的肺功能、焦虑情绪及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组患者的肺功能显著优于对照组(P<0.01),汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),两组之间的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论舒利迭联合乌灵胶囊治疗COPD合并焦虑的临床效果上佳,安全性良好,对于提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Seretide combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）complicated with anxiety. Methods 166 cases of hospitalized COPD complicated with anxiety patients of our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were divided into research group and control group,patients in control group were treated with Seretide,while those in research group were cured with eretide combined with Wuling capsule. After the end of treatment,compare the pulmonary function,anxiety emotion and untoward effect of these two groups. Results After the end of treatment,the pulmonary function of research group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.01）,HAMA score was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.01）,there was no statistical differences between these two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Seretide combined with Wuling capsule have good curative effect and high security in the treatment of COPD combined with anxiety,they are of great significance to improve the patients’ life quality.
