指纹识别技术在德宏州艾滋病高危人群监测中的应用 被引量:7

Application of fingerprint identification technology in surveillance of AIDS high-risk population in Dehong prefecture

摘要 目的介绍德宏州运用"HIV指纹数据库系统"在吸毒者和暗娼中开展艾滋病监测的情况。方法通过现场调查评价指纹识别准确率,下载"HIV指纹数据库系统"数据,分析高危人群指纹采集比例和HIV阳性者重复检测比例。结果运用系统以来,现场调查指纹采集识别准确率达90%以上,但不同操作人员的指纹识别准确率有统计学差异。2010年1月-2015年7月,共监测吸毒者33 125名,其中采集指纹26 804名,占80.92%。2011年1月-2015年7月,共检测暗娼6 953名,其中采集指纹5 335名,占76.73%。以HIV阳性者在同年再次被检测计算重复检测比例,吸毒者重复检测比例从2011年的10.22%(89/871)上升到2015年的37.01%(114/308)。暗娼重复检测比例平均为7.14%。结论德宏州"HIV指纹数据库系统"在艾滋病高危人群监测中应用效果良好,吸毒者及暗娼接受指纹采集的比例逐年上升。 Objective To introduce the application of the fingerprint identification technology in HIV/AIDS surveillance among injection drug users(IDUs) and sex workers in Dehong prefecture. Methods We conducted a survey to evaluate the accuracy of the fingerprint identification system. Data from the system was used to analyze the proportion of fingerprint collection among populations at high risk, and the proportion of receiving repeated test among HIV positive people.Results The sensitivity of identifying fingerprint was greater than 90%, while it varied among different staff. From 2010 to July 2015, there were a total of 33,125 IDUs under surveillance, among which 26,804(80.92%) had fingerprint collected.From 2011 to July 2015, a total of 6,953 sex workers were tested, among which 5,335(76.73%) had fingerprint collected.The proportion of receiving repeated test for a HIV positive individual in the same year among IDUs increased from10.22%(89/871) in 2011 to 37.01%(114/308) in 2015. And the proportion of receiving repeated test was 7.14% on average among sex workers. Conclusion The application of the fingerprint identification system showed good effect in HIV/AIDS surveillance among populations at high risk. The proportion of receiving fingerprint collection among IDUs and sex workers has steadily increased every year since the application of the system.
