摘要
云南省艾滋病现已呈现出快速度、多渠道、多层面的流行态势,进入了增长期。积极探索中西医结合治疗艾滋病的有效方法,具有重要意义。我省中西医专家在防治艾滋病的临床、基础研究、药物研发等方面进行了大量的工作,积累了宝贵的经验。实践证明,中西医结合治疗艾滋病是完全必要的,也是切实可行的。通过对云南省中西医结合防治艾滋病现状的分析,提出了加强艾滋病中西医结合专业队伍和机构网络建设;注重抗病毒药物治疗与中医药治疗相结合;戒毒与抗艾滋病相结合;辨病与辨证相结合;分散与集中治疗相结合;临床、实验研究与新药研发相结合等对策。
Currently, HIV/AIDS prevalence trend in Yunnan province has been in the high stage which is arising through rapid spread, multi - route and dimension epidemic. So it is significant to explore an effective AIDS treatment by combining TCM with WM. A lot of works of clinical, basic research and exploiting new medicines have been done by the medical workers of Yunnan province for HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. And some of the valuable experiences have been got by these docters. The work for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Yunnan has showed that it is not only feasible but also necessary to do anti - retroviral treatment （ART） by combining TCM. Through analyzing the prospects of TCM and ART in Yunan province, this paper points out the relevant strategies about strengthening the HIV/AIDS team construction of TCM and ART, the combination of TCM with ART, the combination of drug rehabilitation with ART, the combination of diagnosis and dialectical treatment, the combination of scattered treatment with concentrated treatment, the combination of clinical study, laboratory with developing new medicines and so on.
