摘要
目的:观察艾灸盒穴位温灸对阳虚体质者的阳虚质转化分数变化率及其血清ACTH含量变化的影响。方法:将90例阳虚质者随机分为治疗组、对照一组、对照二组,每组30例;治疗组采用艾灸盒穴位温灸,对照一组采用参附注射液穴位注射,对照二组采用口服金匮肾气丸。连用8个疗程(55 d)后,比较3组治疗前后阳虚质转化分数变化率以及血清ACTH含量的变化情况。结果:治疗后3组阳虚质转化分数均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组阳虚质转化分数变化率组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后3组血ACTH含量变化与阳虚质转化分数的判定结果总符合率为91.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照一组和对照二组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸盒穴位温灸、参附注射液穴位注射以及口服金匮肾气丸均能改善阳虚体质,但其中艾灸盒穴位温灸改善阳虚体质的疗效最佳,是干预阳虚体质优选方案之一,其作用原理尚有待进一步阐述说明。
Objective： To observe the effect of box-moxibustion on Yang deficiency transformed scores and serum ACTH in people of Yang deficiency constitution. Methods： The 90 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group, control group one and the control group two, each 30 cases. Treatment group was treated with moxibustion, control group one received Shenfu injection, and the control group two was given Jinkui Shenqi Wan （金匮肾气丸） taken orally. After treatment of 8 com＇ses （55 days）, the conversion fraction change rate and serum ACTH was observed. Results： After treatment, Yang deficiency transformed scores of the three groups all decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The conversion fraction change rates were different between the three groups （P〈0.05）. Three groups before and after treatment of blood ACTH levels change and yang mesenchymal transition score was 91.1% in line with the judgment result, no statistical- ly significant difference between groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group one and group two （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Moxibustion, Shenfu injection and Jinkui Shenqi Wan can all improve Yang deficiency constitution, but the effects of moxibustion were the best, and its mechanism still needs further elaboration.
