摘要
当风力发电机发生齿轮箱故障时,可对发电机端电流信号分析找出故障特征。基于此,首先建立风力发电机组实验台架,再对太阳轮加工出一面到八面点蚀和一面到四面裂纹的发展故障,利用加工的故障齿轮进行故障实验并采集发电机端的电流信号进行双谱分析。分析发现当齿轮箱发生齿轮故障时电流中将会产生故障频率且电流幅值会随着故障程度的加深而减少。通过和故障电流的理论分析结果进行对比验证,可知基于发电机侧电流信号分析能有效地提取齿轮箱的故障特征。
It is able to find out fault characteristics by analyzing current signals at the terminal of generator when the gearbox of wind power generator fails.Therefore,experiment bench for wind power generator units is firstly established and then developing faults of one to eight sides pitting corrosion and one to four sides cracks are processed to the sun gear.Fault experiment is carried out by using the processed faulted gear and current signals at the terminal of generator are collected for bispectrum analysis.On the basis of analysis,it is discovered that there are faulted frequencies in current when the gear failed and current amplitude will decrease with fault degree deepening.By means of comparison and verification with theoretical analysis on faulted current,it is known that analysis on current signals at the terminal of generator can effectively extract fault characteristics of the gearbox.
