摘要
提出了一种基于高阶谱(双谱)的齿轮故障诊断方法。该方法首先对非线性特征的齿轮振动信号进行提取,利用双谱对Gauss信号的‘盲’性消除Gauss背景噪声,随后借助双谱的数值估计算法获得特征信号的双谱幅频图。由于高阶谱具备了高阶统计量的优点,因此在齿轮故障过程中可以将双谱幅频图作为实现齿轮故障早期诊断的量化指标。
A gear faults diagnosis method based on bispectrum is put forward.Firstly,non-linear characteristic signals of gear is got,gauss background signals is eliminated making use of bispectrum character.Secondly,the amplitude-frequency drawings about gear characteristic signals are attained based on numerical value arithmetic.Finally,the amplitude-frequency drawing is regarded as an index actualizing forepart gear faults diagnosis.
