摘要 过氧化物酶1(peroxiredoxin 1,PRDX1)是新近发现的非硒依赖的过氧化物酶家族的重要成员,广泛存在于原核生物和真核生物中。PRDX1作为一个过氧化物酶分子,在细胞质中,参与活性氧族(ROS)相关的多种信号通路的调节;在细胞核中,PRDX1具有分子伴侣功能,与多种核转录因子结合调节其功能改变。近年研究发现PRDX1与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移密切相关,并且在乳腺癌和食管癌中具有双向调节作用。本文将对PRDX1的结构功能及在多种肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。 Peroxiredoxin 1( PRDX1) is a newly discovered member of non- selenium dependent peroxiredoxins family,widely existed in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. As a peroxidase molecule,PRDX1 participates in the regulation of a variety of signaling pathways associated with ROS in the cytoplasm. As a molecular chaperone,PRDX1 is combined with multiple nuclear transcription factors to regulate its function in the nucleus. Recent studies have reported that PRDX1 is closely related to the occurrence,growth,metastasis and prognosis of various malignant tumors,and has a bidirectional regulation effect in breast cancer and esophageal cancer. This paper focus on the relationship and the underlying mechanism between PRDX1 and tumors.
