摘要
基于项目逻辑模型的VFM评估框架,从国外研究成果的汇总分析中初步识别出国外关注的VFM影响因素。同时,结合我国现有情况对其在国内的适用性进行深入分析,最终得到适用于我国的12项VFM影响因素,并为应用这些影响因素给出具体的评价内容和实践分析。
Based on the VFM evaluation framework of the Project Logic Model, the influence factors of VFM concerned by foreign countries are preliminarily identified in this research through the summary analysis of foreign research. At the same time, further studies are made to analyze the applicability combined with the China＇s current situation. 12 VFM influencing factors applicable to our country is identified. And for the application of these factors, the specific evaluation content and practical analysis are given.
