摘要
随着市政公用基础设施建设的投入力度加大,为了解决政府资金短缺、建设和运作效率不高的问题,政府广泛采用了目前世界上较为流行的公私合作(PPP)模式进行项目运作。中小企业参与PPP模式并获得技术创新的发展是值得长期关注的研究问题。文章以参与PPP模式的中小企业为研究对象,对这些企业的企业技术创新的影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明:中小企业的研发投入对于企业技术创新有积极的促进作用;企业规模、企业所在区域和企业管理者信用都会对企业技术创新产生影响。
With the growing of municipal utilities infrastructure investment,the government has widely used the public-private cooperation（PPP） mode in order to solve the shortage of funds,and the lack of construction and operating efficiency.Small and medium sized private enterprises participate in the PPP models and won the development of technological innovation is a long-term focus research.This takes small and medium-sized private enterprises participating in the PPP model as the research object,makes empirical research on the influence factors of enterprise technology innovation.Research results show that： RD investment has a positive effect to the small and medium sized private enterprises participate in the PPP models;Enterprise scale and enterprise zone and enterprise managers＇ credit have the significant influence.
