摘要
社会主义市场经济的理论与实践一直是马克思主义与新自由主义斗争的焦点。市场经济作为具体的经济运行机制,必然要同一定的社会基本经济制度相结合,并从属于这种基本制度,为巩固和发展这种基本制度服务,因而有姓"社"姓"资"的区别。社会主义市场经济不是把社会主义制度同市场经济拼装在一起,而是两者相互融合的有机整体,因而不能照搬西方的市场经济体制。社会主义市场经济必须把计划与市场结合起来,注意发挥两种手段的长处,而不能片面强调任一方面。
The theory and practice of socialist market economy has always been the focus of the conflict between Marxist and neo-liberalism.As the specific market operation mechanism,market economy will definitely combine with a certain social basic economic system and belong to this basic system.In order to consolidate and develop such basic system service,there is the difference between socialist and capitalist market economy.The socialist market economy does not piece together the socialist system and market economy,but organically integrate them.Therefore,it can not just copy the market economy system of the western world.The socialist market economy must combine the plan and market and give full play to the advantages of the two means,rather than put partial emphasis on either side.
