低密度脂蛋白受体表达失调在靶器官损害中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 血清中65%-70%的胆固醇经低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)转运至细胞内,而LDLR的表达受到转录及转录后水平的精确调节,参与维持细胞内、外胆固醇的平衡。当炎症、高糖等危险因素导致靶器官LDLR表达失调后,细胞中胆固醇堆积显著增加,此时胆固醇成为一种毒性物质可导致靶器官损害。作者主要从LDLR的分子结构、分子调节机制、LDLR表达失调导致的靶器官损害等方面加以综述,为临床上寻找新的药物靶点阻止脂代谢紊乱介导的靶器官损害进展提供理论依据。
