摘要
目的:应用双源CT分析1型糖尿病合并高血压患者的升主动脉弹性。方法:入选病例分为单纯高血压患者组(EH组)31例、单纯1型糖尿病患者组(DM1组)28例、1型糖尿病合并高血压患者组(DM1+EH组)30例,30例冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查阴性的健康人作为对照组(CG组)。使用回顾性心电门控双源CT(DSCT)进行冠脉CTA检查,分别测量各组受检者升主动脉在收缩期与舒张期的横截面积并计算出弹性D值,然后各组间进行对比分析。结果:DM1组与CG组、EH组与DM1+EH组的升主动脉弹性D值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),DM1组及CG组的升主动脉弹性D值大于EH组及DM1+EH组(P<0.05)。结论:1型糖尿病合并高血压患者的主动脉弹性下降中1型糖尿病的作用较轻微,高血压可能起主要作用。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of aortic elasticity in type-1 diabetes mellitus patients accompanied by hypertension by dual-source CT. Methods: Subjects were divided into four groups in this study,i.e.,31 with hypertension,28 with DM1,30 with hypertension accompanied DM1,and 30 healthy volunteers served as normal control group. ECG-gated dual-source CT was used to measure cross-sectional area of the aortic in diastole and systole,and calculate the aortic elasticity( D). Analysis of variance and multiple linear regression were used for statistical analysis. Results: Compared with the control group,aortic elasticity( D) in patients with DM1 was not significantly decreased. Compared with the hypertension group,hypertension accompanied DM1 group showed no significant change. The aortic elasticity( D) in hypertension group and hypertension accompanied DM1 group was significantly lower than that in control group and DM1 group. Conclusion: Hypertension plays a major role in aortic elasticity in hypertension accompanied DM1 patients,while the direct diabetic effect on aortic elasticity is small.
