摘要
以牡丹江医学院的学生评教量表作为研究对象,对其进行信度和效度的定量分析。采用重测信度法和克隆巴赫系数法对评教量表作信度分析;采用内容效度分析法和准则效度分析法对评教量表作效度分析。其结果显示:牡丹江医学院现采用的学生评教量表具有比较好的信度和效度;同时通过此次定量分析,也为今后评教量表修订和完善提供了依据。
We made a quantitative analysis of the reliability and validity of the students' teaching evaluation scale of our college. By adopting the retest reliability method and Cronbach 's coefficient method,we analyzed the reliability of the assessment scale. By using content validity analysis and criterion validity analysis,we made validity analysis of the assessment scale. Results revealed that the students' teaching evaluation scale of Mudanjiang Medical College has good reliability and validity. This quantitative analysis also provides basis for revising and improving the evaluation scale in the future.
