摘要
目的：探究分析心力衰竭患者治疗前后心肌酶、肌钙蛋白I及C反应蛋白水平的变化情况,为临床诊断与治疗提供借鉴。方法：选取我院2013年10月～2015年10月收治的60例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采取相应治疗措施后对患者治疗前后的心肌酶（CK-MB）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）水平进行检测。观察治疗前后的CRP、CK-MB及c Tn T指标的变化情况。结果：与治疗前相比,患者治疗后的CRP水平与对照组没有明显的差异（P〉0.05）,患者治疗后的cTnI、CK-MB水平显著下降,治疗前后对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：心力衰竭患者治疗前后的心肌酶（CK-MB）和肌钙蛋白（cTnI）及C反应蛋白（CRP）水平变化是患者病情变化的重要反映,检查cTnI、CK-MB、CRP水平对判断临床治疗效果具有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the analysis of heart failure patients before and after treatment of myocardialenzymes,troponin I and c-reactive protein level and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods： From October2013 to October 2013 60 patients with heart failure were treated as experimental group,corresponding treatment measures aretaken,before and after treatment in patients with experimental myocardial enzymes （CK-MB）,c-reactive protein （CRP）,troponinI （cTnI） levels were detected.Observation of CRP before and after the treatment,the change of CK - MB and cTnI index.Results：Compared with before treatment,after treatment in patients with CRP level and the control group had no obvious difference （P〉0.05）,patients after treatment of cTnI,CK - MB level dropped significantly,compared statistically significant differences before andafter the treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Heart failure patients before and after treatment of myocardial enzymes （CK - MB） andtroponin （cTnI） and c-reactive protein （CRP） level changes is important reflection of the patients condition change,the detectionof cTnI,CK - MB,CRP level is of great significance to determine the clinical therapeutic effect.
