"创新驱动"发展战略是新形势下科技发展的趋势,高等中医院校应以此为契机,认识到科研教育的必要性。科研教育是创新型人才培养的重要途径,是高校内涵建设的必然要求,是推动中医药现代化的重要保障。
The ＂ innovationa-drivened＂ developing strategy is the trend of the technology under the new social condition. It is tough for the advanced educational institution to pay attention to the scientific research education regarding to this opportunity. Scientific research education is the significant way for the innovative talents cultivation, the requirements for the connotation construction of u-niversity, the guarantee for promoting modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
