摘要
中医药的价值一直未能获得国际上的广泛认同,主要原因在于未能实现真正的中医药现代化。中医药现代化是中医药发展的必然趋势,其关键在于实现中医药临床疗效的科学评价,并做到中医药临床决策科学化。循证医学以科学证据为核心要素,能够促进中医药疗效的科学评价和临床决策的科学化,对中医药现代化有较大的价值。文章论述了中医药现代化的必要性,深入分析了中医药现代化的关键因素,阐述了循证医学在中医药现代化进程中的重要作用,希望有助于提高中医药医疗质量、促进中医药学术繁荣、推动中医药国际化。
ThevalueofChinesemedicinehadnotbeenrecognizedextensivelyintheworld,andthe reason was that the modernization of Chinese medicine had not been really achieved yet.The modernization of Chinese medicine is the necessary tendency for the development of Chinese medicine.The point is to achieve the scientific evaluation of clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and the scientific decision of Chinese medi-cine.The scientific evidence is the core in evidence-based medicine and it can promote the scientific evalu-ation of clinical efficacy and the scientific decision in Chinese medicine.It plays the significant value on the modernization of Chinese medicine.The paper stated the necessity of the modernization of Chinese medicine, analyzed deeply the key factors of the modernization of Chinese medicine and explained the importance of the evidence-based medicine in the progression of the modernization of Chinese medicine.The paper also expec-ted to promote the medical quality,academic prosperity and internationalization of Chinese medicine.
