摘要
在联合国粮农组织启动的全球重要农业文化遗产项目以及中国农业部推进的中国重要农业文化遗产项目带动下,国内掀起农林文化遗产保护、利用、研究的热潮。林业文化遗产保护与发展,对于弘扬民族文化,传承历史遗产,深化林业科学研究,抢救性保存重要林业资源,创新现代林业经济发展,促进区域经济社会文化发展,保持生物多样性,促进当前国家新农村建设及生态文明建设,都有着重要的现实意义。基于China-NIAHS项目框架,林业文化遗产有生态性和区域性两大突出特征,根据具体内容又可分为技术型、物种型和景观型3大类。保护与发展策略方面,在完善政策保障的基础上,数据普查和个性化保护是重要途径。
Promoted by the GIAHS project initiated by FAO and China-NIAHS project initiated by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture,the boom of the protection,development and research on agroforestry cultural heritage has been raised in China. The protection and development of forestry cultural heritage systems show the important and practical significances,such as advancing national culture,conserving historical heritage,deepening the study of forestry science,saving the important forestry resources,innovating modern forestry economic development,promoting regional economic,social and cultural development,maintaining biodiversity,and enhancing the construction of new rural communities and ecological civilization in contemporary China. Based on the framework of the China-NIAHS project,forestry cultural heritage systems have two distinct characteristics that are ecological and regional. All the systems can be divided into 3 categories of technical,species and landscape if based on the concrete content. Regarding the strategies of protection and development,strengthening the data survey and personalized protection are two important measures if the policies are completely formulated.
