摘要
随着我国的城市发展由粗放型向集约型转变,城市公共利益及低碳生态受到越来越多的关注。在此背景下,文章通过《前海深港现代服务业合作区14、16开发单元规划》的实践,将单元平衡制与空间规划结合,利用等量法与等值法探索空间平衡的途径,推导地块开发建设量与空间分布形态,希望能为构建高密度开发地区的低碳生态城区建设模式,推动城市科学、健康的发展提供有益借鉴。
Cities are transferring from expansive toward compact development. Public beneift and low carbon concept is receiving more and more attention. 〈Qianhai modern service business area No.14, 16 plot planning〉 incorporates unit balance with spatial planning, studies spatial balance with method of equivalents, and concludes spatial layout and building volume. The method provides an approach for rational, healthy, and characteristic urban development.
