摘要
近年来,西安市各地区陆续进行了旧城更新,完成了功能转型。徐家湾地区作为西安市主城区的重要组成部分,其发展相对滞后,急需从外延式扩张向内涵式提升转型。在此背景下,西安市对徐家湾地区提出综合改造提升规划,通过审视区域发展定位,合理布局空间、完善公共服务设施配套、打造绿地景观、构建道路交通网络体系及塑造区域特色等,实现区域更新改造和转型发展。
In recent years,Xi’an city has carried out the old city renewal,completed the function transformation.As an important part of the main urban area of Xi’an,the development of Xujiawan district is lagging behind,and it is urgent to transform from extensional expansion to intension type.In this context,Xi’an has proposed a comprehensive transformation and upgrading planning for the XujiaWan district,depending on regional development orientation,rational layout of space,perfecting public service facilities,creating green landscape,building traffic network system and shaping regional characteristics,and so on,to realize regional transformation and upgrading.
