摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定废旧SCR脱硝催化剂中多种微量元素。通过对废旧SCR脱硝催化剂进行化学处理,建立了适用于ICP-OES测定的废旧SCR脱硝催化剂预处理方法。建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定脱硝催化剂中P、S、As、Fe、Tl、Cr、Mg、Ni、Pb、Na、K、Hg这12种元素的方法,该方法的检出限为0.000 2~0.053 3μg/m L,回收率为93.59%~101.07%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)为0.88%~3.83%。能准确测定废旧SCR脱硝催化剂中的多种微量元素,可用于废旧SCR脱硝催化剂再生处理、回收、报废的评价。
By inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-OES),simultaneous determination of a variety of trace elements in waste SCR denitration catalyst is conducted. The chemcial pretreatment method suitable for the determination of waste SCR denitration catalyst by ICP-OES is established. 12 Kinds of trace elements,such as P,S,As,Tl,Cr,Mg,Fe,Ni,Hg,Pb,Na,K,can be simultaneously determined. The detection limit of this method is 0. 000 2-0. 053 3 g / m L. The recovery rate and relative standard deviation( RSD)( n = 10) are 93. 59%- 93. 59% and 0. 88%- 3. 83%,respectively. This method can accurately measure trace elements in waste SCR denitration catalyst and is promising for the eveluation of the regeneration,recycling and scrap of the waste SCR denitration catalyst.
