摘要
利用微波消解法对土壤样品进行了处理,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对土壤样品中多种元素进行了同时测定,并与国家标准作了对照。结果表明:Cr:21.00 mg·kg-1,Mn:340.12mg·kg-1,Cu:21.88mg·kg-1,Zn:151.25mg·kg-1;Cr、Cu含量符合国家一级标准,Zn含量符合国家二级标准,Mn不作为污染物质。该法灵敏度高,耗时短,结果准确,是一种分析环境介质中的重金属元素含量的优越方法。
The article adopts microwave digestion method to process the soil sample and determines the heavy metals in soil based on the ICP--AES. Then, the article compares the results with the national standard. Result of determination show that the content of Cr, Mn, Cu and Zn is respectively 21.00mg·kg-1 , 340. 12mg·kg-1 , 21.88mg·kg-1 and 151.25mg·kg-1. The content of Cu and Cr meets the requirement of national standard. The content of Zn reaches the second--level of national standard while Mn is not regarded as a pollutant. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, low time-consuming, high accuracy and precision, which is a superior method to analyze the content of heavy metals in environmental medium.
