摘要
基于UG软件设计了一种新型壁挂式太阳能热水器集热器安装架,应用ANSYS软件对T形型材和方管型材加工的集热器安装架进行模态分析,确定了安装架机械结构的固有振动特性,并对仿真结果进行比较分析。结果表明,相同质量的集热器安装架,方管型材集热器安装架较T形型材抗震性能好,刚度高。
It designs a new type of mounting rack for wall- solar water heater collector in UG software,analyzes the modal of the mounting rack for two kind of profile with ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,it compares the square tube profile mounting rack compared with T shaped profile mounting rack,determines the structure of mounting rack. This design has better anti- seismic performance and higher rigidity.
