摘要
优本生导师制是目前各高校正在探索和实践的一种新型教育管理制度,在民办高校中对培养高质量优秀人才有着积极的作用。本文介绍了机械工程系近年来实施"优本生导师制"的试行模式,提出了优本生导师制实施过程中存在问题并对问题的解决方法给出了建议。
The excellent undergraduate tutor system is a new educational management system in universities,which are currently exploring and practicing,it has positive effect on cultivating high quality talents in private institution.This paper introduces trial mode of the excellent undergraduate tutor system in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in recent years,some problems in process of implementing the excellent undergraduate tutor system are proposed,and some suggests to the problems are given.
