摘要
目的探讨养心安眠胶囊联合阿普唑仑片治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法 106例神经性耳鸣患者根据随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各53例。对照组采用阿普唑仑片治疗,观察组在阿普唑仑片基础上结合养心安眠胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为4周。对比分析两组患者临床疗效情况、神经性耳鸣持续时间、对睡眠和生活工作影响积分变化、药物副作用发生情况和治疗后随访6个月复发情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.45%,显著高于对照组的73.58%(P<0.05);两组患者神经性耳鸣持续时间、对睡眠和生活工作影响积分治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经性耳鸣持续时间、对睡眠和生活工作影响积分显著低于治疗后对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者均未见严重药物副作用发生;观察组患者复发率为7.55%,显著低于对照组患者的24.53%(P<0.05)。结论养心安眠胶囊联合阿普唑仑片治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著,药物副作用少,复发低,值得进一步推广应用。
【Objective】To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Anmian capsules combined with Alprazolam Tablets on treating nervous tinnitus.【Methods】A total of 106 patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group（n =53） and control group（n =53）. The control group were treated with Alprazolam Tablets, and the observation group were treated with Alprazolam Tablets on the basis of Yangxin Anmian capsule treatment. Both two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, the integral of duration of nervous tinnitus, the integral of the effect upon sleep, the integral of the effect upon life and work, the side effects of drugs and the recurrence during 6-month follow-up period of patients in the two groups were compared.【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group（92.45%） was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group（73.58%）（P〈0.05）. The integral of the duration of nervous tinnitus, the integral of the effect upon sleep and the integral of the effect upon life and work of the two groups were signifi cantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）. The integral of the duration of nervous tinnitus, the integral of the effect upon sleep and the integral of the effect upon life and work of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group（7.55%） was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group（24.53%）（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Yangxin Anmian capsules combined with Alprazolam Tablets in treating nervous tinnitus have signifi cant curative effect, fewer side effects and lower rate of recurrence, and is worthy of further popularization and application.
