摘要
目的探讨产科护士长人性化管理对提高护士素质的影响。方法选取2012年6月以来产科护士长进行人性化管理的18名护理人员,并随机抽取住院的432例患者进行护士素质和患者满意度调查。结果管理后护士的职业道德为(90.2±2.4)分、沟通能力为(91.4±2.5)分、专业技能为(94.4±2.3)分等明显优于管理前(P<0.05);管理后患者满意度为99.8%,管理前患者满意度为76.2%,管理前后相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士长对护士进行人性化管理提高了护士的素质和患者的满意度,护患关系得到和谐发展,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of the humanistic management of obstetric nurses on improving the quality of nurses. Methods Selected 18 nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics head nurse management since June 2012, and randomly selected 432 patients in hospital to investigate the quality of nurses and patients' satisfaction. Results Management of professional ethics of nurses for(90.2±2.4), communication skills for(91.4±2.5), professional skills(94.4±2.3) grading is obviously superior to the former management(P〈0.05); management after the patients satisfaction was 99.8%, the management of patient satisfaction was 76.2%, and before and after management compared with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Obstetric nurse to nurse humanized management improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, nurse patient relationship is harmonious development, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
