摘要
在静脉输液过程中,护士应根据医嘱和患者的实际情况,做好输液用品、医患自身准备、无菌输液瓶检查、药物的正确配置等静脉穿刺前的准备工作。护士应具有良好的心理素质,通过正确选择穿刺部位、正确评估静脉、合理使用止血带、不得拍打穿刺部位等措施,不断提高静脉穿刺成功率。要掌握水肿和浮肿患者,末梢循环差、脱水、营养不良的患者,消瘦、血管硬化、弹性差、滑动、弯曲的患者,肥胖患者,血液粘滞度增高的患者和老年患者的静脉穿刺技巧。同时,护士更要通过掌握护患沟通技巧,充分发挥静脉输液的治疗作用,使病人得到早日康复。
