摘要
目的分析手背浅静脉穿刺的原因及探讨改进方式。方法选择接受静脉输液的患者275例,采用改进组方法140例,传统组方法135例,对比其在接受静脉穿刺时的疼痛感受。结果接受改进穿刺手法进行输液组疼痛感明显低于传统方法进行输液组(P<0.001)。结论选择适合的穿刺部位,手背浅静脉穿刺时采用背隆掌空的握杯状,用直刺法可减轻静脉穿刺引起的疼痛。
Objective To investigate the reasons for pains in the superficial vein puncture on back of hands and the improvement methods. Methods Two hundred and seventy-five patients undergoing the intravenous transfusion were included, wherein the modification method was used in 140 patients and the conventional method was used in 135 patients. The pains the patients suffered with were compared between these two groups. Results The pains were less in the patients with the modification method for the intravenous transfusion than in those with the conventional method （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The pain will be less if the suitable puncture points are selected and the hands is in the cup holding position when receiving the superficial vein puncture on the back of the hands with the direct puncture method.
