摘要
目的研究急性白血病患者医院感染的影响因素。方法分析急性白血病患者医院感染的影响因素,根据影响因素,得出急性白血病患者医院感染的一般防止措施。结果急性白血病患者医院感染的影响因素有血液因素、临床诊疗相关因素、自身因素及其他因素。其中临床诊疗相关因素包括化疗药物、糖皮质激素、抗生素、化疗周期。急性白血病患者医院感染的一般防止措施有病房措施、临床治疗措施、缩短住院时间及加强营养补充。结论加强白血病患者医院感染危险因素的分析,对预防和控制患者医院感染的发生具有重要的意义,达到能够改善患者的生命质量的目的。因此,值得推广。
Objective To study the factors of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia. Methods Analysis of influence factors for acute leukemia patients with nosocomial infection, according to the influencing factors of acute leukemia patients come to hospital infection prevention measures in general. Results Factors Affecting patients with acute leukemia hospital infection with blood factors, clinical diagnosis and treatment-related factors, itself and other factors. Wherein the clinical diagnosis and treatment-related factors, including chemotherapy drugs, corticosteroids, antibiotics and chemotherapy cycles. Patients with acute leukemia hospital infection prevention measures in general ward measures,clinical treatment,shorter hospital stay and enhancing nutritional supplements. Conclusion We should streng the analysis leukemia patient hospital infection risk factors, prevention and control of hospital infection patients has important significance.We can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of the patient. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
