摘要
目的探讨女性胆囊癌发生的危险因素，为临床的防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2012年12月间563例行胆囊切除术的女性患者临床资料，将其中的42例女性胆囊癌患者作为观察组，其余的521例患者作为对照组，对两组的临床资料进行单因素非条件和多因素非条件的Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示，胆囊息肉（直径≥1．0em）、胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎病史（≥10年）、有无绝经史和生育个数（≥3个）差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；多因素非条件的Logistic回归分析显示，胆囊息肉（直径≥1．0cm）、胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎病史（≥10年）、有无绝经史和生育个数（≥3个）是女性胆囊癌患者的独立危险因素（P〈0．05）。结论胆囊息肉（直径≥1．0em）、胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎病史（≥10年）、有无绝经史和生育个数（≥3个）是女性胆囊癌患者的危险因素。
Objective To explore the risk factors of women gallbladder carcinoma, and provide the reference for clini- cal. Methods A total of 563 cases of female patients with cholecystectomy were analyzed from January 2008 to December 2012. 42 cases of female patients with gallbladder carcinoma were as observation group, the other 521 cases of patients were as control group. The clinical data of the two groups were made single-factor and multi-factors uncondi tional logistic regression analysis. Results Single-factor analysis results show that the gallbladder polyp （diameter ≥ 1.0 cm）, chronic lithogenous cholecystitis history （≥10 years）, the history of menopause and fertility number （〉13） have relevance, difference have statistical significance. （P 〈 0.05）; Multi-factors of unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed that the gallbladder polyp （diameter ≥ 1.0 cm）, chronic lithogenous eholecystitis history （≥ 10 years）, the history of menopause and fertility number （≥ 3） are independent risk factors of female patients with gallbladder carcinoma （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The gallbladder polyp （diameter ≥1.0 cm）, chronic lithogenous cholecystitis history （≥10 years carcinoma）, the history of menopause and fertility number （≥3） are independent risk factors of female pa- tients with gallbladder carcinoma.
