摘要
Wnt信号通路是调节组织胚胎器官和细胞增殖生长的重要通路之一,它的异常激活在消化道肿瘤的发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。该文对Wnt通路在胃癌,肝癌,结直肠癌发病机制中的影响进行简要综述,以研究Wnt通路与消化道肿瘤的相互关系,为研究消化道肿瘤的治疗探索出新的方案。
Wnt pathway is one of the most important pathways of regulating embryo organs and cell proliferation growth, its abnormal activation plays an important role in the process of gastrointestinal tumor development. This article briefly reviews the Wnt pathway effect in gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer, researches the relationship between Wnt pathway and gastrointestinal tumor, which explores the new programs for gastrointestinal cancer treatment.
