摘要 一直以来,人们一直在努力寻找肿瘤的治疗靶点,对长链非编码RNA(lnc RNAs)的研究可能为更好地研究肿瘤提供了良好的机遇。越来越多的研究证明lnc RNAs在肿瘤发生、发展、转移、基因调节中有重要作用。文章简单综述了几种lnc RNAs在肿瘤中的可能作用机制及临床应用,以期为肿瘤防治的研究提供理论基础。 People have been devoted to looking for the therapy target of cancer for recent years. Studies about long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs) make an opportunity for the research of cancer. More and more studies have demonstrated the importance of long non coding RNAs in carcinogenesis, development and metastasis. It is also proved that long noncoding RNAs play a key regulatory role in cancer biology. In this review, we focus our attention on lnc RNAs which have been validated in human cancer tissues, in order to suggest potential strategies for future research. We introduce cancer-related lnc RNAs, and describe the known functions and possible underlying molecular mechanisms of some well investigated lnc RNAs, as well as their current and potential future application in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
