介绍了某电镀锌自动线上自动吹干系统的设计及后续两次改进的过程,解决了镀锌钝化后吹干效果不佳所引起的胶点、色差等质量问题。
The design and subsequent twice improvements of automatic drying system for an automatic zinc electroplating line were introduced. The quality problems ofpassivated zinc coatings such as glue spot and color difference caused by poor drying effectiveness were solved.
