乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗与常规放疗参数的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析对比乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗与常规放疗的参数。方法该次研究选取该院收治的90例乳腺癌患者,随机分两组。对照组45例选择常规放疗,观察组45例选择调强放疗。分析对比两组乳腺癌患者的剂量分布均匀指数、计划靶区剂量体积比、肺脏剂量体积比。结果观察组乳腺癌患者的剂量分布均匀指数为(1.07±0.01),对照组乳腺癌患者的剂量分布均匀指数为(1.53±0.73)。观察组乳腺癌患者的计划靶区剂量体积比、肺脏剂量体积均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌患者来说,选择调强放疗不但能够使得放射野内的剂量均匀分布,而且还能显著降低计划靶区的剂量体积比,减少肺脏的照射剂量。 Objective To analyze and compare the parameters of intensity modulated radiation therapy and conventional fractionation radiation therapy after breast conservative surgery for breast cancer. Methods 90 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group selected the conventional fractionation radiation therapy, the observation group selected the intensity modulated radiation therapy, the dose profile uniformity index, planning target dose-volume ratio and lung dose-volume ratio of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The dose profile uniformity index was(1.07±0.01) in the observation group and(1.53±0.73) in the control group, and the planning target dose-volume ratio and lung dose-volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with breast cancer, the choice of intensity modulated radiation therapy can not only make the distribution of dose in the radiation field uniformity, but also obviously reduce the dose-volume ratio in the planning target region and reduce the radiation dose of lung.
