摘要
针对磁致伸缩导波检测信号相对较弱,信噪比较低的问题,研究了磁致伸缩导波弱小信号的接收方法。首先确定了双接收线圈差分放大的技术方案,然后研究了接收电路谐振匹配方法和谐振电路的选频特性,最后进行了实验验证。结果表明,双线圈接收并经谐振匹配后的电路接收信号幅值和信噪比有了明显提高,增加电路电感量再进行谐振匹配效果更为明显。该研究结果可为提高磁致伸缩导波仪器检测性能提供一种有效思路。
A reception method of magnetostrictive guided wave instrument was studied to improve the weak and low-SNR signal. The scheme of differential amplification of double receiving coil was determined,and the method of resonance matching and the frequency selective characteristics were studied. The verification test was carried at last. The results show that the received signal of the proposed circuit is significantly enhanced and the better signal can be got with the inductance increasing. The results can provide an effective way to improve the detection performance of magnetostrictive guided wave instrument.
