摘要 埋地集输管道的直接检测,尤其是在线不停产检测一直都是检验难题,除了开挖直接检测外,检测手段很少而且不能直接准确地判断管道腐蚀位置。介绍了管道内腐蚀直接评价(ICDA)的检测方法和具体实施过程。采用超声波测厚、磁致伸缩导波检测和超声C扫描技术,结合现场工程应用结果,验证了ICDA技术用于油田集输管道腐蚀检测的可靠性、有效性及准确性,为油田管道生产运行及维护提供了极大便利。 Directly testing of buried gathering and transportation pipeline,especially online without interrupting normal operation,has always been a technical problem,since there are few means can be used to correctly judge the corrosion position except excavation. The method and program of internal corrosion direct assessment (ICDA) is introduced. The thickness measurement,magnetostrictive guided wave testing,ultrasonic C scan are combined in the technology,and onsite engineering application showed that ICDA is reliability, validity and accuracy. The ICDA provides a great convenience for the operation and maintenance of oil field gathering and transportation pipeline corrosion inspection.
