摘要
结合2014和2015年重庆市奉节县不同植烟区域感官质量、外观质量、主要化学成分等的分析检测数据,分析了奉节烟叶的质量风格特色,确定了奉节烟叶主要化学成分指标的适宜范围和适宜性评价方法,并与我国3类香型典型产区进行了对比。结果表明,奉节烟叶共感知出10种有效香韵,强弱依次为干草香、正甜香、坚果香、清甜香、焦甜香、焦香、青香、木香、辛香和果香。
Combined with testing data including sensory quality, appearance quality, major chemical components analysis in 2014 and 2015 in Fengjie different planting area, and tobacco leaf quality characteristics of Fengjie were analyzed, the suitable and appropriate evaluation method for main chemical components of tobacco leaf index of Fengjie were determined, and it was compared with three types of flavor typical area. The result showed that there were 10 kinds of effective aroma sense of Fengjie tobacco leafs, and they were the smell of hay, sweet, nutty aroma, sweet and fragrant, sweet aroma, Jiaoxiang, green fragrance, woody, spicy and fruity.
