摘要
为研究光强对广东烤烟品质的影响,采用田间试验方法,以自然光强(透光率100%)为对照,研究了不同光照强度(透光率分别为40%、70%、85%)对烤烟质体色素降解产物及质量风格的影响。结果表明,叶绿素降解产物新植二烯及类胡萝卜素降解物含量均随光照强度的降低而降低,色素残留量随光照强度的降低而升高;当光照强度低于85%之后质量风格差异显著,浓香型风格下降,干草香、焦甜香等香韵特征减弱,沉逸度减小,香气质变劣,香气量减少,柔和程度降低,刺激性增强。由此可见,旺长期至成熟期100%光照强度最有利于烟叶香气品质及质量风格的提高和特色彰显。
A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different light intensities( 40%,70%,85% and 100% of full natural sunlight) on the plastid pigment degradation products and quality style of flue- cured tobacco in Guangdong. The results showed that: along with the decrease in light intensity,the contents of chlorophyll degradation product neophytadiene and carotenoid degradation products all decreased,while the residual quantity of plastid pigment increased. When light intensity was below 85% of full natural sunlight,the quality of flue- cured tobacco decreased significantly,the strong- flavor- type style reduced,the aroma quality and aroma amount decreased,and the bad smell and irritation of smoke increased. Therefore,100% light intensity from vigorous growth period to maturing period was best for the improvement and manifestation of aroma quality style and characteristics of tobacco leaves.
