摘要
提出了一种起重机用永磁同步电动机的特殊结构,研究卷筒电机一体化结构下,细长型永磁电机和起重机主梁的机械特性。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对电机的转子(卷筒)及主轴进行刚强度分析,并研究不同壁厚及长度对卷筒刚强度的影响规律,在有限元分析的基础上,减小卷筒壁厚以减轻自重,以降低生产成本。并对其对应的主梁结构进行刚强度分析,计算最危险工况(小车满载位于跨中)时的应力位移分布,并提出可行的措施以解决应力集中问题,为后续主梁的结构优化提供帮助。
Puts forward a kind of a special structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor for crane, researches the mechanical properties of slender shape permanent magnet motor and crane girder under the structure of drum and motor integrated.Uses of ANSYS Workbench on the stiffness and strength analysis for rotor (drum) and spindle,and studies the law of effect of different thickness and length on the stiffness and strength of drum. On the basis of finite element analysis, reduces wail thickness in order to reduce weight and reduce production costs. And makes a stress analysis of its girder structure, calculates the stress and displacement distribution of the girder under the most dangerous conditions when the car full of located at mid-span,and proposes feasible measures to solve the stress concentration problem to help the subsequent optimization of the girder.
