大型储罐双盘浮顶搭设临时胎架组焊技术

摘要 双盘浮顶储罐结构复杂,安装及焊接工程量大,优选合理的施工方法是决定工程质量的关键。以6座10×10~4m^3钢制外浮顶双盘储罐为例,在总结现场安装经验的基础上形成了以搭设可拆卸临时胎架为组装平台,在胎架上进行浮顶底板、桁架及船舱隔板、浮顶顶板及浮顶附件等铺设组焊施工技术。该施工工艺简单,操作安全,节约了施工成本,6座储罐共节省人工费用50.4万元。应用该技术不仅提高了焊接效率和底板焊接平整度,而且对双盘浮顶储罐焊接质量起到至关重要的作用。 Double deck floating roof has a complex structure,the heavy installation workload,especially the large welding quantities,so it is very hard to built a floating roof which is in accordance with the design and construction quality acceptance standard. So optimizing the construction steps and methods is an important factor which affects the quality of the project.With six 10 x 10~4m^3 outside floating roof steel double deck storage tank as an example,based on the experience,we formed welding construction technology which built removable temporary fetal frame for assembling platform, the work like floating top roof, floating roof accessories group welding,laying the floor,truss,bulkhead,floating roof were handled on the tire rack.The application of this technology is simple in construction,safe in operation,reduces the construction cost greatly,and save labor cost 504 000 Yuan in total.It also improves the welding efficiency and welding plate flatness, plays a crucial role in the double deck floating roof tank welding quality.
