双盘式浮顶原油罐浮顶焊接变形控制新方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对10×104 m3双盘式浮顶原油罐结构特点,介绍了浮顶顶板组装质量的重要性,从设计和施工两方面分析了影响浮顶顶板组装平整度的原因。此类大型钢结构组件,焊接应力是导致焊接变形的主要原因。结合工程实际,就10×104 m3双盘式浮顶原油罐浮顶组装,探讨通过对浮顶顶板焊接工艺和施工工序的优化,达到改善焊接应力、控制焊接变形的目的,提高双盘式浮顶原油罐浮顶顶板组装质量。实践证明改进后的焊接顺序较常规焊接顺序更合理。 In view of characteristics of floating roof structure of 10×104m3 double disc floating roof crude oil tank, described is the importance of floating roof plate assembly quality and analyzed are reasons affecting floating roof plate assembly flatness from such two issues as design and construction. For such large-scale steel structure constituents, welding stress is the main reason of welding deformation. Combined with actual engineering practices,optimized are floating roof plate welding procedure and construction process for floating roof plate assembly of 10×104m3 double disc floating roof crude oil tank,welding stress is improved,welding deformation is controlled efficiently and double disc floating roof plate assembly quality is obviously improved. Practice has proved that the improved welding sequence is more reasonable than traditional ones.
