丙烯酸系共聚高分子破乳剂的合成与评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用乳液聚合方法,分别以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯为单体,以有机硅(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)为改性剂,合成了两种结构不同的水溶性原油破乳剂(苯丙破乳剂和纯丙破乳剂),运用瓶试法将两种破乳剂进行筛选与复配。研究了复配质量比、破乳剂用量、脱水温度、沉降时间对原油脱水率的影响,运用红外光谱对破乳剂组成结构进行了初步分析。通过单因素实验得出辽河稠油脱水最适合的条件为破乳剂浓度150 mg/L、脱水温度60℃、沉降时间60 min、复配比0.6∶1,在此条件下原油脱水率可以达到98.9%,污水含油浓度仅为50 mg/L,达到了稠油脱水的技术指标。 Respectively with butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and styrene as monomer, with organic silicon(vinyl triethoxy silane) as the modifier, two different structures of water soluble crude oil demulsifiers(poly- co- styrene acrylic demulsifier and polyacrylic demulsifier) were synthesized by emulsion polymerization method, two kinds of demulsifier were selection and compound by the bottle test.The effect of compound ratio,the dosage of demulsifier, temperature, time on crude oil dehydration rate was studied.The demulsifier structure was analysised preliminarily by the infrared spectra. The optimum technological conditions for Liaohe oilfield crude oil dehydration was found by single factor experiment, which is the dosage of demuisifier of 150 mg/L, dehydration temperature of 60 ℃,the settling time of 60 min,the complex ratio of 0.6∶1.Under the optimum condition the crude oil dehydration rate can reach 98.9%,the effluent oil content was only about50 mg/L,which reached the technical indexes of water in mineral oil.
