摘要
实验研究表明,对纳米氧化硅表面进行亲水亲油改性处理,然后与聚醚分子的活性羟基反应,将无机纳米氧化硅接枝反应到有机聚醚分子上,可制备出新型无机粒子和有机分子的复合物。破乳评价实验表明,该复合物对孤东稠油和辽河特超稠油乳状液具有脱水速度快、脱水率高、脱出水色清澈、油水界面整齐的特点。纳米材料的加入降低了破乳剂中聚醚的有效含量,并能保障复合物的破乳脱水性能有较大的提高。
Experimental study indicates that a new-type compound with inorganic particle and organic molecule can be prepared by applying the modified hydrophilic-lipophilic treatment on the nano-silicon dioxide(nm SiO2) surface,subsequently reacting with the active hydroxyl of polyether molecule,having the graft reaction between inorganic nm SiO2 and organic polyether molecule.Demulsifying evaluation shows that the compound characterizes fast dehydration,high dehydration rate,clear dehydrated water,regular oil-water contact for heavy oil of Gudong and emulsion of ultra-heavy oil in water of Liaohe.The nanomaterials can reduce the effective content of polyether in the demulsifier,and can optimise the emulsion breaking dehydration of the compound.
