摘要
ＢＨ－２０２是一种专用稠油破乳剂，系由缩水多元醇的聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚醚扩链而成。本文介绍了该剂在室内评选及在胜利油田河口采油厂陈庄集油站现场稠油破乳脱水中表现的突出性能。
The speciality demulsifier BH 202 for viscous crude oil is a chain extended product of EO/PO block polyether initiated with a polyalcohol of HLB=5. The influences of chain structure, HLB value and chain extend of the polyethers synthesized are discussed. BH 202 in aqueous and organic solution is compared in laboratory dehydration tests of viscous crude oil from Chenzhuang Gathering Station in Hekou Production Factory, Shengli, with some representative commercial demulsifiers made both in home and abroad and is shown very effective. The successful field tests in Chenzhuang Station are described.
