摘要 为了保护环境和节约成本,需要对汽车空调中的R134a制冷剂再回收,但在回收之前要鉴别R134a气体的浓度是否达到回收标准。本文基于红外气体检测技术的原理,得出制冷剂浓度鉴别算法,设计了基于ADuC842的制冷剂气体检测仪。主要从硬件和软件两方面对制冷剂气体检测仪的实现进行了阐述。硬件层主要包括了ADuC842核心模块、光源驱动模块、传感器检测模块、信号调理模块、液晶显示模块、串口通信模块、按键模块。软件层以uC/OSⅡ作为实时操作系统,在实时操作系统上建立了初始化任务、采样鉴别任务、看门狗任务、液晶显示任务。 In order to protect the environment and save cost, we need to recycle the R134 a refrigerant in automobile air conditioner. But we need to identify whether the R134 a gas concentration meets the recycling standards before recycling. This paper come up with the identification algorithm of concentration of the refrigerant, based on the principle of infrared gas detection technology, and design the refrigerant gas detecting instrument based on ADuC842. Mainly from two aspects,hardware and software, realization of refrigerant gas detecting instrument are described. The hardware layer includes ADuC842 core module, drive module, sensor module, signal conditioning module, LCD module, serial communication module, and key module. The software layer selects uC/OSⅡ as real-time operating system and the initialization tasks,sampling identification task, watchdog task and liquid crystal display task are established on the real-time operating system.
