摘要
针对国内自动横机应用与发展状况,研制了一种嵌入式的横机自动控制系统,该系统采用ARM7TDMI内核处理器,运算速度快,保证了系统实时性;移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,使应用程序的设计和扩展变得容易;设计了专业的图形界面系统,使系统具有友好的人机交互界面。使用该系统能最大程度减轻工人劳动强度,提高劳动生产力和产品质量。文章分析了系统的总体结构,给出了软硬件设计。
Aiming at the state of development to the automatic flat knitter of our country, the authors have developed a kind of embedded flat knitter automatic control system. This system adopts ARM7TDMI kernel processor, operation is fast, ensures real-time capability;transplanted μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system, makes design and expansion of the application program more convenient; Have designed the specialized GUI system, makes the system have good human--computer interactive interfaces. Using this system lightens worker's labour intensity to the greatest extent, improves the labour productivity and product quality, Aecords with the production demand of the textile enterprise of our country. This article analyses general structure of system, then provides the software and hardware designs in detail.
